剁椒蒸芋头

简介:

这是一道香辣开胃的斋食蒸菜,芋头粉糯绵软,搭配剁椒带来层次丰富的口感。

材料:

芋头 300克(切块)
剁椒 2汤匙
盐 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
芋头去皮切块,摆入盘中。

2.加入调料:
在芋头上均匀铺上剁椒,撒少许盐,淋上食用油。

3.蒸制:
锅中加水烧开,将芋头放入蒸锅,大火蒸约15分钟至软糯。

4.检查熟度:
用筷子可轻松插入即可。

5.完成装盘:
蒸好后取出,稍微拌匀即可食用。

Steamed Taro with Chopped Chili

Summary:

A flavorful vegetarian steamed dish where soft taro is paired with spicy chopped chili for a rich taste.

Ingredients:

Taro 300g (cut into pieces)
Chopped chili 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cut taro, place on a plate.

2.Add seasoning:
Spread chopped chili over taro, add salt, and drizzle oil.

3.Steam:
Bring water to boil and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.

4.Check doneness:
Ensure taro is soft and easily pierced.

5.Finish and serve:
Remove, mix slightly, and serve.
