荷塘小炒

简介:

这是一道色彩清新的斋食拼炒菜,多种蔬菜搭配,口感层次丰富清脆爽口。

材料:

莲藕 150克(切片)
荷兰豆 100克(去筋)
胡萝卜 50克(切片)
黑木耳 30克(泡发)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
莲藕切片,荷兰豆去筋,胡萝卜切片,木耳泡发洗净。

2.焯水处理:
将所有蔬菜分别焯水,捞出沥干。

3.热锅快炒:
热锅加油,放入所有食材大火翻炒。

4.调味均匀:
加入盐和白胡椒粉,快速翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
炒至断生后关火,装盘即可。

Lotus Pond Stir-Fry

Summary:

A colorful vegetarian stir-fry combining various crisp vegetables, offering a refreshing and layered texture.

Ingredients:

Lotus root 150g (sliced)
Snow peas 100g (trimmed)
Carrot 50g (sliced)
Black fungus 30g (soaked)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Slice lotus root, trim snow peas, slice carrot, soak and clean fungus.

2.Blanch vegetables:
Blanch all ingredients separately and drain.

3.Stir-fry:
Heat oil, add all ingredients, stir-fry over high heat.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper, mix well.

5.Serve:
Cook until just tender, then plate and serve.
