冬瓜薏米汤
简介:
这是一道清润解暑的斋食汤品,冬瓜清甜软糯,薏米淡雅养胃,慢煮即可释放自然清香。
材料:
冬瓜 300克(去皮切块)
薏米 80克(提前浸泡2小时)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 1000毫升
做法:
1.准备食材:
冬瓜去皮切块,薏米提前浸泡后洗净备用。
2.煮薏米:
锅中加入清水,放入薏米,大火煮开后转小火煮20分钟。
3.加入冬瓜:
放入冬瓜块,继续煮15分钟至冬瓜透明软化。
4.调味:
加入盐和白胡椒粉调味,搅拌均匀。
5.完成装碗:
关火盛出,稍放凉后即可食用。

Winter Melon and Coix Seed Soup
Summary:
A light and nourishing vegetarian soup, combining tender winter melon and mild coix seeds, slowly simmered for a natural refreshing taste.
Ingredients:
Winter melon 300g (peeled and cubed)
Coix seeds 80g (soaked for 2 hours)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water 1000 ml
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cube the winter melon. Soak and rinse the coix seeds.
2.Cook coix seeds:
Add water and coix seeds to a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
3.Add winter melon:
Add winter melon and cook for another 15 minutes until tender.
4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stir well.
5.Finish and serve:
Turn off heat and serve warm.
