宫保素丁


简介:

这是一道酸甜微辣的斋食快炒菜,素丁入味香浓,口感丰富层次分明。


材料:

杏鲍菇 150克(切丁)
胡萝卜 50克(切丁)
黄瓜 50克(切丁)
花生米 30克(熟)
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1汤匙
白糖 1汤匙
干辣椒 适量
花椒 少许
食用油 1汤匙


做法:

1.准备食材:
将杏鲍菇、胡萝卜、黄瓜切丁,花生米备用。

2.煸炒香料:
热锅加油,放入干辣椒和花椒,小火煸出香味。

3.炒制素丁:
加入杏鲍菇和胡萝卜丁,中火翻炒至断生。

4.调味翻炒:
加入生抽、米醋和白糖,翻炒均匀入味。

5.加入配料:
放入黄瓜丁和花生米,快速翻炒后出锅。

Kung Pao Vegetarian Diced Stir-Fry


Summary:

A savory, slightly spicy vegetarian stir-fry with diced ingredients, offering a balanced sweet, sour, and nutty flavor.


Ingredients:

King oyster mushroom 150g (diced)
Carrot 50g (diced)
Cucumber 50g (diced)
Peanuts 30g (roasted)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Dried chili peppers to taste
Sichuan peppercorn a pinch
Cooking oil 1 tbsp


Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Dice all vegetables and prepare peanuts.

2.Sauté spices:
Heat oil, add dried chili and peppercorn, stir until fragrant.

3.Cook diced ingredients:
Add mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry until just cooked.

4.Season:
Add soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, mix well.

5.Finish:
Add cucumber and peanuts, stir briefly and serve.
