苋菜饭

简介:

这是一道清香软糯的斋食主食,苋菜自然清甜,与米饭融合带来清新口感。

材料:

大米 200克
苋菜 150克(切段)
盐 适量
食用油 1茶匙
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
大米淘洗干净,苋菜切段备用。

2.焯苋菜:
将苋菜快速焯水,捞出备用。

3.煮米饭:
大米加水入锅,正常煮饭。

4.加入苋菜:
米饭快熟时加入苋菜和少许油拌匀。

5.完成:
焖5分钟后拌匀即可食用。

Amaranth Rice

Summary:

A simple vegetarian rice dish, combining tender rice with fresh amaranth for a light and natural flavor.

Ingredients:

Rice 200g
Amaranth 150g (cut)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tsp
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Rinse rice and cut amaranth.

2.Blanch amaranth:
Quickly blanch and set aside.

3.Cook rice:
Cook rice with water as usual.

4.Add amaranth:
Add amaranth near the end and mix gently.

5.Finish:
Let steam briefly and serve.
