Ingredients:
Edamame 300g
Salt 1 tbsp
Sichuan peppercorn a pinch
Water as needed
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and trim edamame.
2.Boil:
Boil water with salt and peppercorn, add edamame and cook for 10 minutes.
3.Soak:
Let sit in the broth for 20 minutes.
4.Drain:
Remove and drain.
5.Serve:
Plate and serve.
