盐水毛豆

简介:

这是一道简单清香的斋食小菜,毛豆鲜嫩入味,保留自然豆香。

材料:

毛豆 300克
盐 1汤匙
花椒 少许
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
毛豆洗净,剪去两端。

2.煮制:
锅中加水、盐和花椒,放入毛豆煮10分钟。

3.浸泡入味:
关火后继续浸泡20分钟。

4.捞出:
捞出沥干水分。

5.完成:
装盘即可食用。

Salted Boiled Edamame

Summary:

A simple vegetarian snack, with tender edamame lightly salted to preserve its natural flavor.

Ingredients:

Edamame 300g
Salt 1 tbsp
Sichuan peppercorn a pinch
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and trim edamame.

2.Boil:
Boil water with salt and peppercorn, add edamame and cook for 10 minutes.

3.Soak:
Let sit in the broth for 20 minutes.

4.Drain:
Remove and drain.

5.Serve:
Plate and serve.
