简介:

这是一道香辣微焦的斋食家常菜,青椒表皮微皱焦香,口感鲜辣下饭。

材料:

青椒 300克
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1茶匙
白糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
青椒洗净去籽,切段备用。

2.煎制青椒:
热锅少油,将青椒煎至表皮起皱微焦。

3.调味:
加入生抽、米醋、白糖和盐。

4.翻炒:
快速翻炒均匀,使青椒入味。

5.完成:
炒匀后关火装盘。
