豆角焖面

简介:

这是一道咸香浓郁的斋食主食,豆角软糯入味,面条吸满汤汁,口感丰富饱满。

材料:

鲜面条 200克
豆角 150克(切段)
生抽 2汤匙
老抽 1/2汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
豆角洗净切段,面条抖散备用。

2.煸炒豆角:
热锅加油,放入豆角中火翻炒至微微变软。

3.加入调料:
加入生抽、老抽和适量清水,烧开后转小火。

4.铺面焖煮:
将面条均匀铺在豆角上,不翻动,加盖焖煮约8分钟。

5.翻拌收汁:
开盖将面条与豆角翻拌均匀,收干汤汁后即可出锅。

Braised Noodles with Green Beans

Summary:

A savory vegetarian staple where tender green beans and noodles absorb rich sauce, creating a hearty and flavorful dish.

Ingredients:

Fresh noodles 200g
Green beans 150g (cut)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water as needed
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut green beans, loosen the noodles.

2.Stir-fry beans:
Heat oil in a pan, add green beans and stir-fry until slightly softened.

3.Add seasoning:
Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.

4.Simmer with noodles:
Place noodles evenly on top without stirring, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes.

5.Mix and reduce:
Mix noodles with beans and cook until sauce is absorbed. Serve.
