凉拌腐皮卷

简介:

这是一道清爽开胃的斋食凉菜,腐皮柔韧入味,口感层次分明。

材料:

腐皮 2张(切条)
胡萝卜 50克(切丝)
黄瓜 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
香醋 1汤匙
盐 适量
白糖 1茶匙
香油 1茶匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
腐皮切条,胡萝卜和黄瓜切丝备用。

2.焯水处理:
腐皮放入开水中焯烫30秒,捞出沥干。

3.卷制成型:
将腐皮铺开,放入蔬菜丝卷起切段。

4.调制料汁:
将生抽、香醋、盐、白糖和香油混合均匀。

5.拌匀装盘:
将料汁淋在腐皮卷上,拌匀后即可食用。

Cold Tofu Skin Rolls

Summary:

A refreshing vegetarian appetizer with chewy tofu skin and crisp vegetables, lightly dressed for a balanced flavor.

Ingredients:

Tofu skin 2 sheets (cut)
Carrot 50g (shredded)
Cucumber 50g (shredded)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Cut tofu skin and shred vegetables.

2.Blanch tofu skin:
Blanch tofu skin in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain.

3.Roll:
Lay tofu skin flat, add vegetables, roll and cut into pieces.

4.Make dressing:
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, and sesame oil.

5.Combine and serve:
Pour dressing over rolls, mix gently and serve.
