玉米马蹄汤

简介:

这是一道清甜滋润的斋食汤品,玉米香甜,马蹄爽脆,口感清新自然。

材料:

玉米 1根(切段)
马蹄 100克(去皮)
胡萝卜 50克(切块)
盐 适量
清水 800毫升

做法:

1.准备食材:
玉米切段,马蹄去皮洗净,胡萝卜切块。

2.加水煮制:
将所有食材放入锅中,加入清水。

3.大火煮沸:
大火烧开后转小火慢煮30分钟。

4.调味:
加入适量盐调味。

5.完成享用:
关火后稍微冷却即可饮用。

Corn and Water Chestnut Soup

Summary:

A light and naturally sweet vegetarian soup combining corn and crunchy water chestnuts for a refreshing taste.

Ingredients:

Corn 1 ear (cut)
Water chestnuts 100g (peeled)
Carrot 50g (chunks)
Salt to taste
Water 800ml

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Cut corn, peel water chestnuts, and chop carrot.

2.Add water:
Place all ingredients in a pot and add water.

3.Boil and simmer:
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.

4.Season:
Add salt to taste.

5.Finish and serve:
Turn off heat and serve warm.
