腐乳炒红薯叶

简介:

这是一道风味独特的斋食家常菜,腐乳咸香浓郁,红薯叶鲜嫩爽口。

材料:

红薯叶 200克
腐乳 2块
腐乳汁 1汤匙
盐 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
红薯叶洗净切段,腐乳压碎备用。

2.热锅下油:
锅中加油加热,放入腐乳小火炒香。

3.加入红薯叶:
放入红薯叶大火快速翻炒。

4.调味翻炒:
加入腐乳汁和少量盐,翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
炒至叶片变软后关火,盛出即可。

Stir-Fried Sweet Potato Leaves with Fermented Tofu

Summary:

A flavorful vegetarian dish with tender sweet potato leaves enhanced by the rich, savory taste of fermented tofu.

Ingredients:

Sweet potato leaves 200g
Fermented tofu 2 cubes
Fermented tofu sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut sweet potato leaves, mash fermented tofu.

2.Heat oil:
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry fermented tofu until fragrant.

3.Add leaves:
Add sweet potato leaves and stir-fry over high heat.

4.Season:
Add fermented tofu sauce and a little salt, mix well.

5.Finish and serve:
Cook until leaves soften, then serve.
