酱烧茄子条

简介:

这是一道酱香浓郁的斋食家常菜,茄子软糯入味,酱汁醇厚,简单烹调即可呈现层次口感。

材料:

茄子 300克(切条)
红椒 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
素蚝油 1汤匙
白糖 1茶匙
清水 2汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 2汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
茄子洗净切条,红椒切丝备用。

2.预处理茄子:
热锅加油,放入茄子条中火翻炒至变软微黄,盛出备用。

3.调制酱汁:
将生抽、素蚝油、白糖和清水混合搅匀备用。

4.回锅翻炒:
锅中留少许底油,放入茄子条与红椒丝,倒入调好的酱汁,大火翻炒均匀。

5.收汁装盘:
待茄子充分吸收酱汁、汤汁略微收浓后关火,盛出即可食用。

Braised Eggplant Strips in Sauce

Summary:

This is a rich and savory vegetarian dish, with tender eggplant absorbing a deep, flavorful sauce through simple cooking.

Ingredients:

Eggplant 300g (cut into strips)
Red bell pepper 50g (sliced)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut the eggplant into strips. Slice the red bell pepper.

2.Pre-cook eggplant:
Heat oil in a pan, add eggplant strips, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened and lightly golden. Set aside.

3.Mix sauce:
Combine soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, and water in a bowl and stir well.

4.Stir-fry with sauce:
Leave a little oil in the pan, add eggplant and red pepper, pour in the sauce, and stir-fry over high heat until evenly coated.

5.Finish and serve:
Cook until the sauce is slightly reduced and absorbed, then turn off the heat and serve immediately.
