清炒苋菜

简介:

这是一道清淡柔润的斋食家常菜,苋菜鲜嫩多汁,快速清炒即可保留自然清香与营养。

材料:

苋菜 300克(摘洗干净)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
苋菜摘去老根,洗净后沥干水分。

2.热锅起油:
锅中加热食用油,保持中火。

3.快速翻炒:
放入苋菜,大火快速翻炒约1分钟,使其均匀受热并开始出汁。

4.调味入味:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,继续翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
待苋菜变软出汁、颜色鲜亮后关火,盛出即可食用。

Stir-Fried Amaranth Greens

Summary:

This is a light and tender vegetarian dish, where amaranth greens are quickly stir-fried to preserve their natural flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:

Amaranth greens 300g (cleaned)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Remove tough stems from the amaranth greens, wash thoroughly, and drain well.

2.Heat oil:
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.

3.Quick stir-fry:
Add the greens and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute until they begin to release moisture.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stirring evenly.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the greens are tender and vibrant, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
