清炒豌豆苗

简介:

这是一道清新爽口的斋食家常菜,豌豆苗鲜嫩翠绿,清炒即可突出其自然清香与甘甜。

材料:

豌豆苗 250克(洗净沥干)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
豌豆苗择去老根,洗净后充分沥干水分。

2.热锅起油:
锅中加油烧热,保持中大火。

3.快速翻炒:
放入豌豆苗快速翻炒约30秒,使其均匀受热。

4.调味入味:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,迅速翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
待豌豆苗变软、颜色翠绿即关火,盛出装盘即可食用。

Stir-Fried Pea Shoots

Ingredients:

Pea shoots 250g (washed and drained)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Trim the tough ends of the pea shoots, wash thoroughly, and drain well.

2.Heat oil:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

3.Quick stir-fry:
Add the pea shoots and stir-fry quickly for about 30 seconds.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stirring quickly to combine.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the pea shoots are just wilted and bright green, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
