素三鲜水饺

简介:

这是一道清香鲜美的斋食水饺,多种蔬菜搭配,口感丰富而清爽。

材料:

饺子皮 适量
香菇 100克(切碎)
胡萝卜 100克(切碎)
白菜 150克(切碎挤水)
生抽 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
香油 1茶匙

做法:

1.准备馅料:
将香菇、胡萝卜、白菜混合,加入生抽、盐、白胡椒粉和香油拌匀。

2.包制水饺:
取饺子皮包入适量馅料,捏紧封口。

3.烧水煮饺:
锅中水烧开,下入水饺。

4.煮至成熟:
待水饺浮起后再煮2分钟。

5.完成装盘:
捞出沥水,装盘即可。

Vegetarian Three-Delicacy Dumplings

Summary:

A light and flavorful dumpling dish combining mixed vegetables for a refreshing and satisfying taste.

Ingredients:

Dumpling wrappers as needed
Mushrooms 100g (chopped)
Carrot 100g (chopped)
Cabbage 150g (chopped and squeezed dry)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare filling:
Mix mushrooms, carrot, and cabbage with soy sauce, salt, white pepper, and sesame oil.

2.Wrap dumplings:
Place filling in wrappers and seal tightly.

3.Boil water:
Bring water to a boil.

4.Cook dumplings:
Add dumplings and cook until they float, then continue for 2 minutes.

5.Finish and serve:
Remove and drain before serving.
