鱼香素肉丝
简介:
这是一道经典风味的斋食菜,酸甜微辣,素肉丝口感丰富入味。
材料:
素肉丝 150克
木耳 50克(泡发)
胡萝卜 50克(切丝)
青椒 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1汤匙
糖 1汤匙
盐 适量
食用油 1汤匙
做法:
1.准备食材:
素肉丝泡软,木耳切丝,蔬菜切丝备用。
2.炒制素肉:
热锅加油,先炒素肉丝至微干。
3.加入配菜:
放入木耳、胡萝卜和青椒翻炒。
4.调味翻炒:
加入生抽、米醋、糖和盐,快速翻炒均匀。
5.完成装盘:
炒至入味后盛出即可。

Vegetarian Shredded “Fish-Flavored” Mock Meat
Summary:
A classic sweet, sour, and slightly spicy vegetarian dish with rich flavors and satisfying texture.
Ingredients:
Vegetarian shredded meat 150g
Black fungus 50g (soaked)
Carrot 50g (shredded)
Green pepper 50g (shredded)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Soak mock meat and slice all vegetables.
2.Cook mock meat:
Heat oil and stir-fry until slightly dry.
3.Add vegetables:
Add fungus, carrot, and green pepper, stir-fry.
4.Season:
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt, mix well.
5.Finish and serve:
Cook until well combined and serve.
