绿豆汤

简介:

这是一道清凉解暑的斋食甜品,绿豆软糯清甜,适合夏季饮用。

材料:

绿豆 100克
清水 1000毫升
冰糖 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
绿豆洗净浸泡30分钟。

2.煮制绿豆:
将绿豆和清水入锅,大火煮开。

3.转小火慢煮:
转小火煮至绿豆开花软烂。

4.加入冰糖:
放入冰糖搅拌至溶化。

5.完成食用:
可热饮或冷藏后食用。

Mung Bean Soup

Summary:

A cooling and refreshing dessert soup with soft mung beans, perfect for hot weather.

Ingredients:

Mung beans 100g
Water 1000ml
Rock sugar to taste

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and soak mung beans for 30 minutes.

2.Boil beans:
Add beans and water to a pot and bring to a boil.

3.Simmer:
Cook on low heat until soft.

4.Add sugar:
Stir in rock sugar until dissolved.

5.Finish and serve:
Serve warm or chilled.
