酱爆圆白菜

简介:

这是一道酱香浓郁的斋食快手菜,圆白菜爽脆入味,简单却富有层次。

材料:

圆白菜 300克(撕片)
生抽 1汤匙
甜面酱 1汤匙
糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
圆白菜洗净手撕成片。

2.热锅加油:
锅中加油烧热。

3.快速翻炒:
放入圆白菜大火翻炒至微软。

4.加入调料:
加入生抽、甜面酱、糖和盐翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
炒至入味后盛出即可。

Sauce-Stir-Fried Cabbage

Ingredients:

Cabbage 300g (torn)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet bean sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and tear cabbage into pieces.

2.Heat oil:
Heat oil in a pan.

3.Stir-fry cabbage:
Cook over high heat until slightly softened.

4.Add seasoning:
Add soy sauce, sweet bean sauce, sugar, and salt, mix well.

5.Finish and serve:
Cook until flavorful and serve.
