清炒山药木耳

简介:

这是一道清润爽口的斋食家常菜,山药绵滑细腻,木耳脆嫩爽口,简单快炒即可呈现自然清香。

材料:

山药 250克(去皮切片)
干木耳 10克(泡发)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
山药去皮切片后浸入清水防止氧化,木耳提前泡发洗净,撕成小朵备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,放入山药片和木耳焯水约1分钟,捞出沥干。

3.热锅翻炒:
热锅加油,放入山药和木耳,中火翻炒约1分钟。

4.调味均匀:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,快速翻炒均匀入味。

5.完成装盘:
食材熟透但仍保持口感时关火,盛出即可食用。

Stir-Fried Chinese Yam with Black Fungus

Summary:

This is a light and nourishing vegetarian dish, combining tender Chinese yam and crisp black fungus, quickly stir-fried to preserve their natural flavors.

Ingredients:

Chinese yam 250g (peeled and sliced)
Dried black fungus 10g (soaked)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and slice the Chinese yam, soaking it in water to prevent discoloration. Soak the dried black fungus, clean, and tear into small pieces.

2.Blanch briefly:
Bring water to a boil, add the yam slices and black fungus, blanch for about 1 minute, then drain.

3.Stir-fry:
Heat oil in a pan, add the yam and black fungus, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stirring quickly to combine evenly.

5.Finish and serve:
Once cooked through but still crisp, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
