大米 200克
苋菜 150克(切段)
盐 适量
食用油 1茶匙
清水 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
大米淘洗干净,苋菜切段备用。
2.焯苋菜:
将苋菜快速焯水,捞出备用。
3.煮米饭:
大米加水入锅,正常煮饭。
4.加入苋菜:
米饭快熟时加入苋菜和少许油拌匀。
5.完成:
焖5分钟后拌匀即可食用。

Amaranth 150g (cut)

2.Blanch amaranth:
Quickly blanch and set aside.
3.Cook rice:
Cook rice with water as usual.
4.Add amaranth:
Add amaranth near the end and mix gently.
