红烧小芋头

简介:

这是一道软糯入味的斋食家常菜,小芋头绵密细腻,红烧后咸香浓郁。

材料:

小芋头 300克(去皮)
生抽 2汤匙
老抽 1茶匙
白糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
清水 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
小芋头去皮洗净备用。

2.煎香芋头:
热锅加油,将芋头略微煎至表面微黄。

3.加入调料:
加入生抽、老抽、白糖和适量清水。

4.焖煮入味:
盖盖小火焖煮至芋头软糯入味。

5.收汁装盘:
大火收汁后关火,盛出即可食用。

Braised Taro

Summary:

A soft and flavorful vegetarian dish where taro becomes tender and richly seasoned through braising.

Ingredients:

Taro 300g (peeled)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and clean the taro.

2.Pan-fry lightly:
Heat oil and lightly fry taro until slightly golden.

3.Add seasoning:
Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and water.

4.Simmer:
Cover and simmer on low heat until tender and flavorful.

5.Finish and serve:
Reduce the sauce over high heat, then plate and serve.
