西葫芦糊塌子

简介:

这是一道外软内嫩的家常斋食小吃,西葫芦清香与面糊融合,口感柔软细腻。

材料:

西葫芦 200克(擦丝)
面粉 100克
清水 适量
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
西葫芦擦丝,加少许盐稍腌出水。

2.调制面糊:
加入面粉和适量清水,搅拌成均匀面糊。

3.热锅摊制:
平底锅加少许油,倒入面糊摊成薄饼。

4.两面煎熟:
中小火煎至两面金黄熟透。

5.完成装盘:
出锅切块即可食用。

Ingredients:

Zucchini 200g (shredded)

Instructions:

Add flour and water, mix into a smooth batter.

3.Pan-fry:

4.Cook both sides:

5.Finish and serve:
Cut into pieces and serve warm.
