桂花糯米藕
简介:
这是一道清甜软糯的传统斋食甜品,莲藕与糯米融合桂花香气,口感绵润香甜。
材料:
莲藕 1节(去皮)
糯米 100克(浸泡2小时)
冰糖 50克
干桂花 适量
红枣 5颗
清水 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
莲藕去皮洗净,一端切开作盖,糯米浸泡后沥干。
2.填充糯米:
将糯米填入莲藕孔中,压实后盖回藕盖,用牙签固定。
3.炖煮入味:
放入锅中,加入清水、红枣和冰糖,小火炖煮约1.5小时。
4.加入桂花:
出锅前加入干桂花,继续焖煮10分钟。
5.完成装盘:
取出切片,淋上汤汁即可食用。

Osmanthus Sticky Rice Lotus Root
Summary:
A sweet and soft traditional vegetarian dessert combining lotus root and glutinous rice infused with osmanthus fragrance.
Ingredients:
Lotus root 1 (peeled)
Glutinous rice 100g (soaked 2 hours)
Rock sugar 50g
Dried osmanthus appropriate amount
Red dates 5
Water appropriate amount
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and wash the lotus root, cut one end as a lid, soak and drain glutinous rice.
2.Stuff rice:
Fill the lotus root holes with rice, seal with the cut piece and secure.
3.Simmer:
Place in pot with water, red dates, and rock sugar, simmer for 1.5 hours.
4.Add osmanthus:
Add dried osmanthus and cook for another 10 minutes.
5.Finish and serve:
Slice and drizzle with syrup before serving.
