板栗烧香菇

简介:

这是一道香浓醇厚的斋食菜肴,板栗软糯甘甜,香菇鲜香入味。

材料:

板栗 150克(去壳)
干香菇 6朵(泡发)
生抽 1汤匙
老抽 0.5汤匙
糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
板栗去壳,香菇泡发后切半备用。

2.煸炒香菇:
热锅加油,放入香菇翻炒出香味。

3.加入板栗:
加入板栗翻炒均匀。

4.调味炖煮:
加入生抽、老抽、糖和清水,小火炖煮15分钟。

5.完成装盘:
汤汁收浓后加盐调味,盛出即可。

Braised Chestnuts with Mushrooms

Summary:

A rich and savory vegetarian dish featuring soft chestnuts and flavorful mushrooms.

Ingredients:

Chestnuts 150g (shelled)
Dried mushrooms 6 (soaked)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 0.5 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Shell chestnuts, soak mushrooms and cut in halves.

2.Stir-fry mushrooms:
Heat oil and stir-fry mushrooms until fragrant.

3.Add chestnuts:
Add chestnuts and mix well.

4.Simmer:
Add seasonings and water, simmer for 15 minutes.

5.Finish and serve:
Reduce sauce, season with salt, and serve.
