萝卜丝饼

简介:

这是一道外酥里嫩的家常斋食小吃,萝卜清甜多汁,口感层次丰富。

材料:

白萝卜 300克(擦丝)
面粉 100克
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
白萝卜擦丝,加盐稍腌后挤去水分。

2.调制面糊:
加入面粉和白胡椒粉,拌匀成糊状。

3.煎制成饼:
平底锅加油,放入面糊压平,小火煎制。

4.翻面煎熟:
两面煎至金黄酥脆。

5.完成装盘:
取出切块即可食用。

Radish Pancakes

Summary:

A crispy outside and tender inside vegetarian snack made with juicy shredded radish.

Ingredients:

White radish 300g (shredded)
Flour 100g
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Shred radish, salt and squeeze out excess water.

2.Make batter:
Mix with flour and white pepper into a batter.

3.Pan-fry:
Heat oil, add mixture and flatten.

4.Cook both sides:
Fry until golden on both sides.

5.Finish and serve:
Cut and serve.
