白灼秋葵

简介:

这是一道简单清爽的斋食凉菜,秋葵口感嫩滑,保持自然清香。

材料:

秋葵 200克
生抽 1汤匙
盐 少许
食用油 几滴

做法:

1.准备食材:
秋葵洗净,去蒂备用。

2.焯水:
水中加盐和油,放入秋葵焯水2分钟。

3.冷却切段:
捞出过凉水,切段摆盘。

4.调味:
淋上生抽。

5.完成装盘:
即可食用。

Blanched Okra

Summary:

A simple and refreshing vegetarian dish that preserves the natural flavor of tender okra.

Ingredients:

Okra 200g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt a little
Cooking oil a few drops

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and trim okra.

2.Blanch:
Boil with salt and oil for 2 minutes.

3.Cool and cut:
Cool in water and cut into pieces.

4.Season:
Drizzle with soy sauce.

5.Finish and serve:
Serve directly.
