孜然花菜

简介:

这是一道香气浓郁的斋食菜肴,花菜外焦里嫩,孜然风味突出。

材料:

花菜 300克(掰小朵)
孜然粉 1茶匙
盐 适量
生抽 1汤匙
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
花菜洗净掰小朵,沥干水分。

2.焯水:
花菜入沸水焯1分钟后捞出。

3.热锅煸炒:
热锅加油,放入花菜翻炒。

4.调味:
加入生抽、盐和孜然粉翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
炒至微焦即可盛出。

Cumin Cauliflower

Summary:

A flavorful vegetarian dish with slightly crispy cauliflower enhanced by cumin aroma.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 300g (cut into florets)
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets.

2.Blanch:
Blanch for 1 minute and drain.

3.Stir-fry:
Heat oil and stir-fry cauliflower.

4.Season:
Add soy sauce, salt, and cumin powder.

5.Finish and serve:
Cook until slightly crisp and serve.
