Recognizing the Continuous Flux of Life

Life is not static but an ongoing process of change. Resistance to change breeds suffering. Recognizing flux allows the mind to move with life rather than against it.

1. Body as the Entry

Breath, sensation, posture constantly shift.
The body testifies to impermanence.
Begin here.

2. Emotions as Observation

Emotions rise and fall quickly.
None remain.
Seeing prevents entanglement.

3. Thoughts as Stream

Thoughts flow like images.
Continuous yet unfixed.
Flux is evident.

4. Time as Practice

The present is not static.
It unfolds in change.
This is reality.

5. Non-Resistance as Wisdom

Resistance creates conflict.
Flow releases energy.
Wisdom moves with change.

6. Insecurity as Teacher

Uncertainty evokes fear.
Facing it reveals impermanence.
Fear softens.

7. Softness as Response

Softness allows adaptation.
Rigidity fractures.
Softness is strength.

8. Freedom as Outcome

Stability is no longer grasped.
Ease arises within change.
This is the gift of flux.

Summary

Recognizing flux transforms life from struggle to flow. Impermanence becomes a doorway to freedom.
