Vegetarian Stir-fried Mixed Noodles

Summary

This is a colorful and flavorful vegetarian stir-fried noodle dish, combining various vegetables with smooth noodles for a simple yet delicious meal.

Ingredients

Noodles 200g

Carrot 50g (julienned)

Green bell pepper 50g (julienned)

Shiitake mushrooms 100g (sliced)

Bean sprouts 50g

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

White pepper powder to taste

Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Water as needed

Instructions

1.Prepare ingredients:

Julienne the carrot and green bell pepper, slice the shiitake mushrooms, and wash and drain the bean sprouts.

2.Boil the noodles:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, cook the noodles until they are 70% done, then drain and rinse under cold water.

3.Stir-fry the vegetables:

Heat oil in a pan, add the carrot and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry for a moment, then add the green bell pepper and bean sprouts, continuing to stir-fry.

4.Add the noodles:

Add the drained noodles to the pan, then season with soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well.

5.Finish the stir-fry:

Continue stir-frying until the noodles absorb the flavors and everything is evenly mixed. Turn off the heat and serve.
